Getting a start on Christmas

Using my free burlap (yes, again lol) I created a stocking for my daughter. The top is drop cloth and then I added her name to it with freezer paper.

I created two more of the bags for friends, and this time I got the lining right :)

  2. I wish I weren't allergic to burlap, cuz these projects are so inspiring! But if I touch it my skin burns and when I cut it, I can't breath and start wheezing, lol.

  6. Wow! I love both projects, but especially the tote. :o) Is the texture of the burlap scratchy? I've been wanting to make one, but was afraid it my be itchy when I carried it. Just curious. :o)

  10. You did a wonderful work on both the stocking and bag! Love burlap! I'm going to try the freezer paper method, one day. You're the 3rd person I've seen use that technique!

    Merry Christmas!
