I created two more of the bags for friends, and this time I got the lining right :)
Linking to Stephanie Lynn's party at Under the table and dreaming. There are always wonderful projects there and this week there is a great giveaway (but don't bother going over, tee hee hee)
Also linking to Seams Inspired. There is a Thrifty Christmas Party going on. Love it.

With all that burlap you can craft for months! You are very lucky to find that! Cute stocking and I love the bags!!!
ReplyDeleteI wish I weren't allergic to burlap, cuz these projects are so inspiring! But if I touch it my skin burns and when I cut it, I can't breath and start wheezing, lol.
ReplyDeleteI love your stocking and bag. Glad I saw you at Weekend Wrap Up
ReplyDeleteThose are both gorgeous! I want to make stockings for my family this year and you've inspired me to use a little burlap!!!
ReplyDeleteLove these both! The print inside the bag is fabulous! Fantastic job! Hope you are enjoying your week ~ Stephanie Lynn
ReplyDeleteWow! I love both projects, but especially the tote. :o) Is the texture of the burlap scratchy? I've been wanting to make one, but was afraid it my be itchy when I carried it. Just curious. :o)
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to my Thrifty Christmas Challenge! I can't wait to see all your fabulous creations and thrifty finds. Happy Saturday, my new bloggy friend! :o) Larri at Seams Inspired

You did a wonderful work on both the stocking and bag! Love burlap! I'm going to try the freezer paper method, one day. You're the 3rd person I've seen use that technique!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
Michelle
