Christmas gallery wall

Back in October, I used this wall to display some Halloween images
This time I used ornaments.

It was very time consuming putting it up, but it was worth the work.

I used my cricut to cut each of the ornaments out as well as the paper bows.

Fantle

What’s a fantle?  A fake mantle of course. The only fireplace I have is in the basement, so I am using my cubicle bookcase as my mantle.
I added twinkle lights and some batting, throw in some bulbs and watch it sparkle.

Ornaments galore

I am not putting a tree up this year, but still want a festive look. I picked up more bulbs and started filling things.

I stopped by the dollar store and they had these pretty mercury glass votive holders. The snowflakes are so pretty.

I’ve got a few more projects on the go, but I've run out of time to finish them; I’m off to Great Wolf Lodge for some fun on the Lazy River.

BFF

My first cushion was feeling a little lonely, so I made her a friend :)

A little different; can you spot the differences?

Ballard inspired Christmas cushion

Using what I had, I wanted to create my own interpretation of this ornament adorned cushion

The $24 craft room, done

I have been under the weather for the past few days, but between my naps (I’ve been sleeping a lot), I managed to get a few more things done to my craft room.
I made a slip cover for my Bromma footstool and a simple window valance from, you guessed it, burlap. 002
My iron found a place in an old crate that I found this summer.
006
Shelving that I got at the GW for $10, houses bins that hold all of my crafting supplies.
021I was originally going to paint the desktop, but I know that I will be painting furniture and other things down here this winter, and it would just be something else to cover. The floor, pfffttt, I don’t care about it, it’s a mess and is going to stay as is for now.
It’s not a dream space, but it’s functional and organized Everything was gathered from around the house or friends. I like that.

Christmas Wreath

I’m a little anxious to get my Christmas decorating done early as my busy season starts in two weeks. Every Saturday and most Sunday’s are booked with events that I am performing at until the 19th of December. In case you missed that post, I am a children’s entertainer.
Keeping with my black, white and green theme, I created this wreath today.
I started with a tinsel wrapped wreath

Hot glued the ornaments on and hung it up.
